In the back towers, you can get a view of the High Roller, or the pool and the Linq Promenade. District 1 is good if you want a quick exit to the Strip.

The other side of the floor faces an inside court, so all you see are other rooms. It's not much of a Strip view, sort of from the side toward Harrah's and Mirage. Loud music starts in the afternoon and goes until 2:00 or 4:00 am depending on the day that you can hear even on the highest floors. Unfortunately, a Strip-view room also means you face Harrah's outside Carnival Court. District 1 is the tower that has Strip-view rooms and uses the elevators next to registration. I've been staying at the Imperial Palace/Quad/ Linq for years and continue to stay there even though I've been offered Caesar's, Paris, Planet Hollywood, because I prefer a smaller hotel.
