Overall I was not impressed with The Horseshoe Casino hotel from now I will only stay at the GoldStrike where i know the quality of the rooms are excellent. The room was not clean and bathroom vent has not been touched in ages (looked like it was growing fur), small bathroom for a room with two queen beds, white comforter was stained in more than one spot, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, cheap coffee maker, loose power outlet connections all over the room, and the room was very dusty. You can hear the doors from other rooms closing (slamming) all day and night. Book reservations on Opentable, new Covid precautions, menu details, and a handy Bacchanal price and hours chart for brunch and dinner. The room we were given was on the second floor and the walls are paper thin. The Bacchanal Buffet price, hours, menu, and reservations can all be found here. The charged me an additional $5.50 fee for phone reservations (this is unsat) how is a person supposed to make reservations using the discount rate if the only way you can reserve it is over the phone. We stayed here due to a discounted promotion of $39 per night, however I know they charge way more money than this to stay here.
